Imagination Captured
Day Three Ketchican

This driftwood lined all the shores, as though someone had put up a really long fence. But apparently it's all natural. After the trees die and lose their grip on the soil (which could take hundreds of years, we're told), they fall into the water and are washed back up on shore in the high tides. It made for some striking scenery. Ketchican, Alaska.
